Do you only offer online services?

Our team are available throughout London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

This is subject to availability, and rates will reflect travel time and cost to tutors.

Am I locked into a contract?

We do not aim to lock parents into contracts with our tutors, and want an open working relationship where all parties involved can collaborate in good faith.

Question 4

I have to cancel a session, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

As soon as you are certain you can no longer make a session, please contact us to let us know.

With 72 hours notice, our team can provide a full refund for the session. After this point, refunds are not offered as the team will have began preparing the session and the slot will have been closed for others.

If a client does not attend the first 15 minutes of a session, tutors will consider the session cancelled.
